Intelligent Temperature Control Principle: Heating bricks equipped with 4-wire K-type thermocouples serve as the master control points (Position C3), while 2-wire heating bricks in other zones adjust based on the master control. The master control zone utilizes a Japanese Yamatake temperature controller, achieving precision within ±1°C. The 2-wire heating zones can be individually adjusted based on specific product forming requirements. This design reduces the number of thermocouple probes, thereby minimizing signal interference and failure rates.
Servo motors drive sheet feeding, forming, and stacking, delivering power on demand and ensuring low power consumption during standby. Unlike traditional motors that run at constant power, this system significantly reduces energy waste during idling while improving positioning accuracy and saving electricity.
The unit has a rated power of 110 kW; however, thanks to the aforementioned energy-saving design, actual stable power consumption is only 30–50 kW/h. Rated power does not equal actual power consumption, resulting in significant electricity cost savings during long-term production.
